To support our strategy KONE started a program called Business Platform Renewal. Business Platform Renewal (BPR) is a major strategic transformation program aiming to simplify the way we work by redesigning our processes and supporting them with latest technology, including transition to SAP S4/HANA enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Solution Design Owner has a key role in this transformation.

We are now looking for

Product Designer for Record to Report Area.

In this role, you will owe the technical end-to-end design of IT solutions for R2R in KONE IT.

You drive the vision of future architecture of R2R forward within our transforming environment by promoting, governing, and implementing solutions using agile methods. You are the main contact for business stakeholders for assessing the potential of proposed development ideas, responsible for R2R portfolio, design & delivery in your area.

In this role, you collaborate closely with Global Finance team and actively support finance related projects. Current R2R technical scope covers platforms and tools such as SAP ERP, SAP BPC, Fiori, Blackline, Nakisa and others, but the role of Product Designer is to make sure that solution design meets expectation of KONE business and follows the best practices of the market.

Main stakeholders of this role are Finance Process Owners, Finance Product Owners, Product Designers, Finance Project Managers, Service Owners, Operation CoE team and business representatives from R2R area.

Position will be based in Espoo, Finland.

In this role, you get to:

• Own the IT solution design for Record to Report
• Work in close collaboration with the stakeholders to influence, collect and manage business demands and requirements for your responsibility area
• Participate in requirement-gathering workshops to facilitate & influence the strategic direction of our projects and lead customers through solution design
• Turn requirements into specification and manage development and testing to final solution together with our implementation partner
• Support solution road mapping and backlog prioritization with product owner
• Support global roll-out and key user competence development of the solutions in your responsibility area
• Contribute in Record to Report projects 

Skills and Experience we`re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Record to Report -area
• End-to-end R2R process for Accounting and Group reporting and technical solution understanding
• Knowledge of SAP FICO and SAP BPC, S4 Hana, AFC or similar
• Previous experience working on IT projects
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, innovative and ability think big
• Excellent understanding and experience in finance reporting and consolidation in an international organization
• Good understanding of Corporate consolidation solutions (eg. SAP BPC or HFM), SAP BW, SAP ERP, experience on other reporting tools is seen as an advantage
