The Role: 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruitment activities in Taiwan, mainly for DL and supporting employer branding initiatives. This role will be based on Kaohsiung manufacturing site in Luzhu Science Park. The focus on this position will be on manufacturing, technical and other positions across multiple Entegris sites. 

The ideal candidate will enjoy the thrill of the search and introducing our opportunities to candidates in all functions of the company. We are looking for an individual that has proven success and a passion in developing sourcing and recruiting strategies to drive the business through high quality hires. He/She will collaborate with hiring managers, HRBP, global TA team to help grow, identify, attract and hire the very best candidates. This role is critical to our success and clients’ satisfaction, especially for KSP. 

In this role you will: 

  • Full life cycle recruiting which includes job descriptions generation with hiring manager, sourcing, screening, candidates assessment through interview process, offer negotiation, closing and recruitment system updates for DL manpower mainly, as well as IDL position based on the assignment and business needs. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to find the right talent in a timely manner for DL positions mainly. 
  • Develop DL sourcing strategies to insure a consistent flow of qualified candidates. 
  • Review applications and coordinate interviews/screens. 
  • Proactively search on traditional and non-traditional data sources such as: job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, web mining and referrals, etc. 
  • Maintains strong knowledge of search techniques and sourcing searches. 
  • Ability to assess available candidate pools and provide feedback to hiring managers based on market conditions. 
  • Regular reporting, TA dashboard updates 
  • Participate in ad hoc projects. 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

  • At least 3 years working experiences in Talent acquisition domain. 
  • Experienced with full life cycle recruiting in a high-tech environment is preferred. 
  • Proven ability in working with multinational matrix organization. 
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and web-based recruiting tools. 
  • Ability to assess available candidate pools and provide feedback to hiring managers based on market conditions. 
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
