Reporting to the Central Services Lead in Eyecare, in your new role as Senior Operations Analyst you will support the core operations of the Eyecare Business unit, ensuring that high quality Eyecare products are being delivered to meet patient & market demands. You will be part of a specialised/focused team that will ensure that the product, once manufactured, advances through the quality system by maintaining a robust "product flow" system with ongoing continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to; 

  • Active involvement and management of Global Trackwise (GTW) records as they arise in the business unit, responsible for tracking associated metrics and ensuring records do not adversely impact site Perfect Index. This will involve liaising closely with the relevant shift Manager/Supervisor and QA Lead to ensure thorough timely progression and closure through the system.
  • SME for analyzing of Quality related data and metrics.
  • Point person for coordinating Eyecare Risk Register and updating of actions.
  • Point person for coordinating LMR/QMT presentations.
  • Lead for Microbial & Contamination related issues.
  • Reporting of QA metrics at Tier 3 and weekly performance review meeting.
  • Point person for Environmental Trends monthly meetings and related presentations.
  • Prepare awareness notifications for Environmental excursions.
  • Work close with Depts on corrective actions arising form Environmental excursions.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • 3rd level qualification in Science/Engineering or related discipline
  • 2-3 Years working in a manufacturing environment, preferably Aseptic/Sterile Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Eyecare BU an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use sound judgment to make effective decisions within appropriate timeframes
  • Proven to be self-directed, self-motivated and ability to prioritise competing priorities
  • Quality system management experience
