Practice Content Lead (International) - Allergan Aesthetics
Role Objectives
As part of the International Practice Development Team in the Customer Experience Pillar, the Practice Content Lead plays a pivotal role in the creation, deployment and management of practice development resources and educational programmes targeted at key stakeholders in medical aesthetic practices.
With the objective of differentiating the Allergan Aesthetics customer experience, the Content Lead works closely with cross-functional and country teams, industry experts and opinion leaders to create engaging, effective and innovative content that supports medical aesthetics customers to optimise and grow their practice.
This role requires a combination of creative, strategic, and project management skills to ensure that the content is delivered to the right target customer, through the right channel at the right time.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end process for content development from needs analysis, design, approval, to country cascade and evaluation.
Champion and support implementation of programmes across functions and countries.
Direct and execute an impactful content strategy that aligns with customer needs and organisational overall goals and objectives.
