AML Investor Onboarding - Assistant Vice President

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the investor On-Boarding review in compliance with relevant local AML/KYC regulation;
  • Follow up with the investor and/or the client on any outstanding document;
  • Performance of the ongoing monitoring tasks related to investors;
  • Prepare and respond to investor queries and requests;
  • Assist the team in setting up and maintaining internal reporting and KPIs;
  • Lead onboarding projects and develop a strong client relationship;
  • Maintaining the expectations of fund participants, observing deadlines, understanding and applying the rules and representations of the fund and ensure that they are adhered to.

Skills / experience Required:

  • You hold a bachelors or a master degree in Finance, Business, Law & understand local KYC/AML framework and applicable knowledge of recent legislative developments (e.g. AMLD5&6, DAC6 etc.), You have 3-4 years relevant experience in similar position;
  • You have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills;
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is an advantage;
  • You have project management and leadership skills;
  • You are pro-active with a positive approach and result driven;
  • You can apply logic reasoning to various situations;
  • You are flexible and dynamic in your approach to work;
  • You are confident and competent in a high-pressure scenario;
  • You are proficient with Microsoft office applications;
