A crucial part of our Company is represented by our Global Buying Offices, where resident buyers and sourcers purchase goods locally and scout regional markets looking for exciting products for our stores.

Global Buying Offices in Europe are present in Italy, UK, Portugal and we have Associates also in Poland and the Netherlands.

Our Buyers:

• Are responsible for the selection, purchase, and delivery of merchandise
• Develop merchandise strategies and assortments for the Corporate Division, supporting our US-Canada and Australia chains
• Maintain a market presence and relationships with new and existing vendors
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions regarding price, trends, resources, and fashion
• Visit stores and competition to study and critique merchandise mix, price points, new labels, and timeliness of merchandise
• Pursue market for opportunistic purchases
• Write, detail, and follow up on purchase orders and delivery
• Foster and promote an environment that encourages teamwork toward common goals
• Possess strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Spend time travelling in the domestic and in other markets 
• Are business proficient in English language

Who We Are Looking For: You

Relevant experience as a Buyer preferably in soft-home, possibly in international retail companies with a focus on sourcing and/or buying is requested, preferably with European brands & vendors.
