As a Senior Web Product Manager at OnDeck, you will:

  • Develop the strategy for OnDeck’s main customer and corporate web portal as well as other online properties, used by SmB applicants, returning customers, as well as our business and corporate partners.
  • Own the product roadmap that drives increased visitors and visitor conversion.
  • Manage a diverse set of stakeholders across Marketing, HR, Legal, Design and other Product Managers. 

Necessary qualifications for success:

  • User-centric mindset and drive to deliver the best possible solutions for users
  • Experience partnering and building strong relationships with an Agile Technology team to test, build, launch and grow transformative capabilities in the online and mobile shopping experience.
  • 5+ years of work experience, including full cycle Product Management experience from problem identification to solution design and launch.
  • Analyze online user behavior using web analytics tools and optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates
  • Design the site to be SEO and navigation friendly, and drive application volume
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the online experience

Nice-to-haves (not required):

  • Computer Science/Technical degree is not required but background in a computational or engineering related field is a plus.
