The position at a glance
You will join the Cash and Liquidity Product Management team, which is part of Transaction Banking Americas (TBA) within Global Banking Americas (GBA). The Cash and Liquidity Product Management team covers both Canada and the United States.
As a Cash and Liquidity Product Management associate, you will work on a series of tasks related to the development of new products/product functionalities, the maintenance and optimization of existing products as well as compliance and audit requests.
In detail
You will manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch in close concertation with head of Product Management, providing product management expertise and ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget. More specifically:
- Define actionable plans based on the initiatives identified in the product roadmap.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and identify functional gaps.
- Support the NAC process.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including Sales, TAC/NAC coordinator, IT/Ops, Legal, Compliance, Customer Services, etc.) to ensure alignment, understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the product development/improvement.
- Elaborate product documentation (new procedure implementation or updating internal documentation/processes, user guides, etc.)
- Implement product pricing
- Preparation of the marketing and communication material (e.g. product presentations, pitches, trainings, etc.)
- Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they are all well-equipped to promote and support our products effectively.
In addition, you will be involved in the maintenance and optimization of existing products as well as compliance and audit requests.
