Job Description

Job Purpose

Client Support Associates in Knowledge team at ICE provides support to planning, integrating, coordinating, directing, synchronizing, and managing the knowledge and information.

Responsibilities

  • Research & determine the need of current knowledge base.
  • Follow the best practices to enhance the Articles.
  • Grammar, Spell check & maintaining the format.
  • Improve the search experience.
  • Determines the quality and completeness of submitted knowledge.
  • Structure knowledge for optimal use
  • Obtain the knowledge from optimal source.
  • Determine the need for knowledge updates.
  • Provide findings, & proposed action in the Knowledge articles.
  • Develop and maintain databases of internal and external knowledge.
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Reporting of Knowledge Article uses and improving content.
  • Support the continuous improvement in the knowledge base.

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
