Job Purpose
Client Support Associates in Knowledge team at ICE provides support to planning, integrating, coordinating, directing, synchronizing, and managing the knowledge and information.
Responsibilities
- Research & determine the need of current knowledge base.
- Follow the best practices to enhance the Articles.
- Grammar, Spell check & maintaining the format.
- Improve the search experience.
- Determines the quality and completeness of submitted knowledge.
- Structure knowledge for optimal use
- Obtain the knowledge from optimal source.
- Determine the need for knowledge updates.
- Provide findings, & proposed action in the Knowledge articles.
- Develop and maintain databases of internal and external knowledge.
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Reporting of Knowledge Article uses and improving content.
- Support the continuous improvement in the knowledge base.
Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
