JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose:

  • Build and unleash the Levi’s® PR, Social and Event machine
  • Drive not only best but next in class PR, Social and Event for Indonesia
  • Deliver programs that drive excitement, inspiration and demand for the brand
  • Establish Levi’s® as the go to brand for Style, Lifestyle Fashion and Music

Responsibilities:

  • Directs execution and implementation of all PR, Social and Event plans; ensures plans and concepts deliver against the brief and are consistent with Levi’s® positioning
  • Lead and manage local execution of PR, Social and Events Programs
  • Leads all activities pertaining to raising brand awareness, establishing brand leadership in the market place
  • Manages internal and external relationships to identify opportunities and create wins in marketing
  • Delivers locally relevant understanding of marketplace dynamics, consumer insights, learning from previous marketing programs, to ensure plan effectiveness.
  • Implementation of principles of social media, influencer marketing, public relations and sponsorships as part of the integrated marketing implementation
  • Continuously contributes to the improvement of key marketing processes (e.g., marketing planning and communications)
  • Rigid monitoring of A&P budget ensuring the ROI for every PR, Social and Event program implemented

Qualifications & Functional Competencies

The Indonesia PR & Event Assistant Manager will be qualified in Marketing, Business Management or similar discipline as well as 4-6 years proven experience in the following:

  • Consumer Insights: Strong understanding of Gen Z culture and what it means for Style
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesia PR landscape
  • Best in class understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and Influencer activations
  • Digital/ Social Media
  • Event design and management
  • Festival sponsorship and activation
  • Public Relations and Publicity
  • Influencer marketing
  • Brand Protection and Use of Trademarks
