Amazon is looking for an Information Content Manager to join Amazon's Operations Risk Compliance (ORC) Organization. You will implement information sharing best practices, drive content management initiatives, and improve stakeholder engagement and employee cohesion across the organization. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment with a proven track record in hooking the attention of a large and diverse audience group. You will be a self-starter who can clearly formulate and communicate recommendations and plans to both peers and leaders. You will also be providing counsel and guidance to a wide variety of counterparts, and have a track record of exercising high-judgment while acting quickly.
To be successful in this role you will need excellent oral communications skills with non-native English speakers, be exceptional at copy editing your own work and others' drafts, feel natural in storytelling, and have a talent for collaboration. You should have experience working with high standards under tight deadlines. Creativity and flexibility are a must. Periodic domestic travel is required.
This individual needs to be skilled in managing multiple priorities while working with a number of global stakeholders. You will leverage various technology tools to look for data driven solutions. These are typically internal-built solutions, lacking the full user and IT support you find with publicly available software. Therefore, you'll be often expected to dive into their user guide and learn from practice.
