Corporate Real Estate & Business Services
We are a global team that harnesses our collective expertise to manage the firm’s vast corporate real estate portfolio. We take an innovative approach to supporting the firm’s core businesses and day-to-day operations while driving commercial and operational efficiencies. In addition to real estate, we are responsible for business continuity and resiliency, and business services, such as conference room management and employee relocations.
Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Real Estate & Business Services and Resiliency, the Global Head of Property and Facilities Management is responsible for ensuring safe, sustainable, and cost-effective operations of all facility management activities across AIG’s global footprint totaling over 300 offices / 5 million square feet. This position will manage a team of internal resources and vendor services to provide exceptional delivery that meets the needs of our clients and users.

For positions based in New York City, the base salary range is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00. For positions based in Jersey City, the base salary range is $144,000.00 - $192,000.00. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
