About the role

We are looking for an Executive Pastry Chef who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Executive Pastry Chef. Work authorization for this location is required. 

What you will do

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for outlet food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency 

What you bring

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required. 
• Five to seven years previous experience in multiple culinary/food & beverage department head positions specializing in pastry design and creation.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. 
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card 
• Maui Liquor Card 
• Tuberculosis Clearance

Schedule & Hours:

• Full Time 
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
