Finstek is seeking for a talented and highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our Finstek Team. As a Lead Business Analyst you will be responsible for the definition of the strategy and roadmap of our own trading platform The Edge. You will work closely with regional leaders, clients and business operations to define the Product strategy, roadmap and create detailed requirements. You will also work closely with Technology and Technical Product Managers to ensure that the delivery roadmaps are executed within defined requirements and agreed timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Leading BA teams;
• Researching markets, generating ideas for next business opportunities;
• Creating and clarifying business / technical requirements;
• Creating release roadmaps for mobile applications, product features, and business milestones;
• Communication with stakeholders;
• Creating wireframes of user interfaces when needed;
• Converting requirements into user stories;
• Helping QAs in the testing of new features and releases.

You will need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant position;
• Experience in market and competitor analysis, road-mapping, features prioritizing, task estimation, methodologies, and task tracking software;
• Understanding and hands-on experience of working in mobile development teams;
• Understanding of different digital promotion channels for mobile apps, prerequisites, and deliverables within them;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and such frameworks as Kanban and Scrum;
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills;
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1+).
