About the role

In this unique role, you’ll support development and growth of Reckitt UK Health brand portfolio. Supporting the team at the front line of strategic execution and at the centre of product delivery, you will manage projects from concept to market activation. This will cover new product development and existing product development for renowned brands, with the opportunity to work cross functionally in a global environment

Your responsibilities

  • Manage Local Hero products in Health and EU Local Initiative innovation projects, ensuring projects are executed in a timely, efficient and agile manner in line with our operational model and best practices.
  • Lead cross functional teams through projects from concept to in-market activation.
  • Be the single point of contact between third parties and the development team.
  • Work with the development team to understand capabilities of third parties, ensuring requirements across R&D, Safety, Compliance and Quality are met, including substantiating Medical and Regulatory requirements for bringing a product to market.
  • Manage critical path from project initiation to launch, ensuring the team is on track to deliver to the UK launch approval process.
  • Flag issues and risks to mitigate and implement contingency plans if need.
  • Carry out rigorous project reviews to ensure learnings are captured and utilised for subsequent projects.
  • Manage the budget for the Hub project costs, working closely with the Hub Manager to ensure all projects are delivered within budget.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven Project Management experience within an R&D or innovation environment, skilled in PM tools and software.
  • Knowledge of innovation development within a cross-functional, international, and multi-cultural environment.
  • Results oriented with the ability to evaluate and take balanced risks.
  • Confident communication skills with the capability to build strong working relationships both internally and with third parties.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and re-prioritise effectively.
  • Confident in presenting to stakeholders of varying levels, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical colleagues.
  • Good understanding of market, consumers & competition in the FMCG products arena.
