Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of the organization's data. This role requires a technical background and experience in data management, data quality, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience with data governance tools and technologies, including Collibra.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Develop data quality checking code and dashboard on Collibra.
  • Provide training and support to data users.

Job Specification:

  • 5-8 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.
  • Technical background with experience in data analysis and data quality.
  • Knowledge in SQL and Power BI is a must, with knowledge in databrick, python and Azure stack an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data governance tools and technologies, knowledge of Collibra is a huge advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant working experience in data governance and managing data across organizations.
  • Life Insurance, Agile methodology, AI and Machine Learning will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Data Governance concepts, terminology and technologies is a must.
  • Understanding of Databricks, Collibra will be an added advantage.
