Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description:

You will run the entire recruitment process in a close partnership with our hiring managers. You will focus on recruitment in Denmark, but working with TA colleagues and hiring managers from other parts of NE or even EMEA, is also a part of how we operate.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes; from creating a job description to presenting an offer to the final candidate.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies. 
  • Stay updated on the latest Talent Acquisition trends, sourcing techniques, and AI. 
  • Build a talent pipeline of great candidates for our hiring needs.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance.

You will report to Suzana Petersson, TA Lead Northern Europe.

Qualifications

We expect you to:

  • Have experience with the Danish job market.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience or +5 years of experience if you consider yourself a senior.
  • Have experience recruiting experienced profiles in high demand.
  • Be comfortable with TA KPIs.
  • Be open to different ATSs; we work with Workday and SmartRecruiters.
  • Excel with the responsibility of driving your own portfolio of recruitment processes along with different TA-related projects.
  • Be comfortable with a lot of stakeholders and a dynamic environment.
  • Be fluent in Danish and English.
