The Role Responsibilities

  • Branch frontline client Portfolio management guideline control and governance to optimize sales and service model, client service, and profitability
  • Support frontline engagement activities, sales campaign, frontline townhall, roadshow, education and training.
  • Co-work with WM team to governance sales process and sales behaviour to ensure client service quality and sales process appropriateness

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5-year experience in branch or operations management
  • Good in communication & co-ordination
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
