What you will do
In this role, you will provide specialized and advanced administrative support, of both routine and confidential in nature, to the Group Area Vice President of Sales and his team. The responsibilities require independent judgment, initiative, and executive intuition in supporting the needs of an executive and team. This position requires a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to balance the often-conflicting needs of employees, management, and the business. Prioritizing, scheduling, implementing all tasks with a sense of urgency, meeting timelines, and deliverables are key to success while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and ethics.
