The Position
Your main responsabilities:
- Supporting actively good spirit and collaboration within the team and the entire organization helping the team focus on creating value in each iteration.
- Coaching the team in their progress towards goals, continuously improving performance related to quality, predictability, flow and velocity & in agile practices and self-management.
- Helping the Product Owner in the efforts to manage the backlog facilitating, identifying and removing impediments. Also helping coordinate and improve inter-team cooperation and communication.
- Facilitating team events ensuring they are productive and kept within the timebox work with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.
Who you are
The following list is what we are looking for. We understand you may not be fully proficient in all of them:
- You hold a Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree with at least 5 years of real-world experience in creating and maintaining software products.
- You have relevant experience with agile development practices and you are well-versed in facilitation techniques and skills. Ideally acquainted with the SAFe framework.
- You have been part of multi-team development projects.
- You have knowledge about techniques like BDD and/or TDD and understanding of regulated environments, ideally the Healthcare industry. Ideally experience in the Clinical Laboratory and Healthcare domain.
- You are a relentless improver, self-organized, and proactive; Comfortable with uncertainty, taking decisions and not afraid to fail and learn; Excellent communicator that actively listens to others and someone who finds joy in coaching others and making them grow.
