Regional Field Operation Manager

ADR South Hub

A day in the life of Regional Field Operation Manager ADR South Hub

  • Supervises and ensures the implementation of the operational territory management and organizational responsibilities
  • Coaches the Medical Representatives in the team
  • Responsibility for planning and implementation of medical field activities in the territory in line with the agreed objectives and strategies.
  • Maintains the overall contact with all regional opinion leaders & actively participates in medical event (Internal & external)
  • Establishes (in co-operation with management) training programs for medical team (+ execution of part of the training)
  • Being a reliable source regarding competitive activities in his territory
  • Achieves targeted territory coverage (as agreed with Line Manager)
  • Maintains good working relationships with the Sales department
  • Sends and submits timely activity reports
  • Ensure WHO compliance of all activities –work on internal and external awareness of the WHO Code; supervise compliance with the WHO Code/ Nestle Policy and Procedure.

What will make you successful?

  • Ideally, you have 3 years of relevant work experience and university degree in qualifications in Dietics, Nutrition, Medicine, Pharmaceutics, Sciences – Biology, Biotechnology or similar.
  • You are a proactive person with strong communication skills, data-driven thinking and result focus. You are a strategic thinker, have good analytical skills. You have good negotiation, influencing skills and presentation skills. You are a strong team player.
  • You have deep knowledge and experience of Infant/ Health Care Nutrition Market
  • You have valid driving license.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, you are advanced user of MS Office package.
