THE OPPORTUNITY

Social Community Manager (Bilingual - English / French)

The Community Manager is primarily responsible for connecting the paid, earned and owned social conversation together in a uniformed ecosystem. You'll collaborate with internal teams to capture, create and manage ongoing content.

The Social Community Manager is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the client's business and its competitors to execute seamless paid social media campaigns in both English and French.

You will....

  • Contribute to group brainstorm and ideation for social content and strategies for brief to creative
  • Develop and deliver all social content recommendations and plans under the supervision of a manager: annual strategy, monthly organic plans, paid boosting plans
  • Manage overall conversation across platforms on behalf of client business and escalate consumer challenges as appropriate
  • Analyze data to develop sound recommendations.
  • Analyze user behavior data across all digital and social platforms to identify opportunities
  • Curate reports for clients, demonstrating campaign performance.
  • Propose innovative ideas to communicate and engage on social media
  • Manage overall Ambassador/Influencer program aligned to annual goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate and liaise with external agencies and vendors
  • Copy,edit and proofread all content before trafficking.
  • Maintain high productivity and accuracy while managing, prioritizing and completing multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Develop and deliver presentations and participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences as required.
  • Manage the yearly budget for all social asset productions.
  • Collaborating with global social teams for consistent brand image internationally (United States, Mexico, China and the UAE.)

You have...

  • 3+ years' experience managing social media accounts for companies or brands
  • Experience managing creating and ;writing content in both official languages (English and French)
  • Thorough knowledge of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, IG, TikTok, X etc.)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics/Facebook Insights
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and web database skills a plus
  • French speaking proficiency
  • Experience using a planning tool helpful (Sprinklr etc...)
