A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What does a Jr. Digital Project Manager do at Hogarth?

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager who can lead a campaign from the moment the client brief is received, all the way through to delivery to work on the TCCC brand portfolio.

  • Day to day contact for Client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments
  • Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
  • Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the brand
  • Highlight and escalate quality control issues
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card for AD approval
  • Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function
  • Manage agreed budgets and administration
  • Experienced delivering digital display campaigns (HTML5, Dynamic, Richmedia, Playable ads etc.)
  • Needs strong attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with different teams and understand their goals, as this reflects in the decisions they make
  • Manage and optimise internal and 3rd party workflows
  • Confident to make decisions and be able to apply previous optimisation learning
  • Support and mentor team members
  • Be the lead and pioneer of how process and digital campaign projects should be delivered
  • Attend internal meetings and brand meetings as needed as a representative of the digital production team

The Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience with multinational brands in agency environment.
  • Digital Production and Digital workflow experience is a must.
  • Support the AD in supplying client management information and reporting
  • Fluent oral and written English is an essential.
  • Following digital trends and developments (Mailing, E-content, HTML 5 Banners, Video, Masthead, Richmedia, Dynamic Creative)
  • Experience in media plan interpretation and digital spec.
  • Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communication, Risk, Stress Management and Customer Service management skills
  • Demonstrable experience in managing the production and distribution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Passion for and understanding of internet technologies is a must.
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges.
  • Support the AD in supplying client management information and reporting.
