Beijing Siemens Cerberus Electronics (BSCE) is the key component for Siemens Smart Infrastructure. You’ll make an impact by

• Leading a Product Line of building field devices, being responsible for its profitable growth in Asia-pacific or global wise. Acting as entrepreneur of the business, driving the Strategy of the business, the Product Management over the lifecycle and End-to-End Operations Excellence jointly with the respective functions.
• Responsible for the product line business / portfolio strategy and management,

(1) developing the product line strategy (incl. competition landscape, product / price positioning, differentiation strategy, short term / long term success plan, portfolio innovation plan, investments & partnerships, etc.)

(2) managing the complete product lifecycle (ideation / seeding, new product definition, portfolio and price policy, systematic planning / introduction / transition / phase-out of products etc.)

• Taking ownership of end-to-end operations excellence,

(1) being the responsible Product Manager within the R&D agile development processes (esp. Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Minimum Marketable Product (MMP), Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), Product Leadership Strategy (PLS), etc.) for assigned global or local product development

(2) give support to top-line with marketing and sales initiatives driven by the related Market Portfolio Manager and Sales teams in a region

(3) taking care of supply chain performance by collaborating with logistics, procurement, quality and production (incl. product availability, stock, etc.)

Your defining qualities

• Graduate in engineering background, electrical / mechanical / HVAC / building automation engineering or relevant area is a plus
• Capable of English as working language
• At least 5 years working experience
• Experience of product manager with successful business performance, technical / application / marketing experience in HVAC / building automation or relative area, any one of above is a plus
• Excellent presentation skills and capability to promote ideas and products
• Clear thinking
• Eager to learn, enthusiasm to grow
