A Nonprofit in New York City is looking for a Human Resources Director to join their established HR team. The HR Director will manage the recruitment efforts and day to day operations. This position starts on a temporary basis, and the Director must be ready to jump into a fast paced environment. 

Requirements:

• Previous HR Director experience (1 year)
• 3+ years of management experience
• 10+ years of HR experience 
• Nonprofit or government background
• High level employee relations

Preferred Skills:

• Payroll experience 
• Recruitment experience 

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
