What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring their work consistently meets high standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design strategies
- Guide the end-to-end design process, always with a user-centric focus
- Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure coherence across products and platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance designs
- Advocate for user needs and advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the organization
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to grasp business objectives and translate them into innovative design solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and user experience
What You Have
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in UX/UI design or a related field, with a robust portfolio demonstrating your design expertise and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in standard UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Mural, and user testing tools
- Proven track record of leading and managing design teams, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and integrating feedback into design iterations
- Solid understanding of agile development processes and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Nice to have
- Experience in project result control and measurement
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and management
- High-level understanding of front-end development and tech architecture principles
- Background in pre-sale activities
- Strong visual / graphic design skills
- Experience in enterprise-level projects
- Familiarity with establishing Design Operations and creating design systems development methodologies
