Get to know the role
As a Lead UX Researcher on the GrabFin team, you will own UX Research outcomes, operations, quality & excellence, working in a highly collaborative fashion across several teams. You will support a team of designers in conducting evaluative research and in exploring the needs of our consumers, drivers and merchants across Lending, Digital Goods, Insurance, Digital Banking and Payments.
