You'll work closely with People Business Partners and business leaders across functions and units to craft a global compensation strategy that not only values our people but also enhances their overall experience. Your focus is on making impactful investments that recognize and reward our colleagues while ensuring their continued motivation and satisfaction. Additionally, you'll play a key role in educating and supporting colleagues in implementing effective compensation programs within their respective areas, all while embracing a human-centered approach to design exceptional experiences for our team.

Hybrid work arrangement (fully remote until our new office at Ponce City Market opens, then 2-days on-site and 3 days remote).

30/60/90 days:

  • 30 days: come in and understand our philosophy
  • 60 days: start building relationships with client groups
  • 90 days: influence and drive effective decision making with Business Partners and the like Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Compensation Lead at Sage, your role is pivotal in ensuring fair and impactful compensation practices within your client group. Here's a concise overview of what you'll be doing:
  • Accountability & Execution: Lead the compensation program in your client group as directed by the Compensation Director.
  • Project Management: Plan and oversee compensation-related projects, collaborate with external consultants as needed, and define program implementation requirements.
  • Efficiency & Innovation: Identify process improvements and collaborate with the Reward CoE for effective solutions.
  • Annual Reviews: Execute annual pay, bonus, and LTIP reviews to maximize value.
  • Program Development: Contribute to global compensation program enhancements and lead specific program designs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with various teams including People Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and People Services.
  • Implementation Support: Assist People Business Partners in implementing global compensation projects.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on compensation issues related to recruitment, retention, and talent development.
