What are we looking for? ????
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
- Proficiencies in data analysis and problem-solving
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
- Available for work schedule 24x7
- To provide escalated technical support to customers by handling L1- L2 systems-related issues.
- To analyze and resolve program support deficiencies and to conduct testing to enhance performance.
- To perform repairs, maintenance and upgrades of existing systems using solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures. Investigates and resolves matters of significance.
- To provide End User support
- To provide work guidance to less experienced personnel.
