Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop new RPA process and manage existing RPA processes (UiPath / PA based)
- Contribute to design, build, implementation, testing and maintenance / support of automation solutions
- Support existing RPA including root cause analysis, clean-up, and bug fix
- Provide clear and detailed documentation based on request
- Streamline action plans when error happens
- SAP admin (SAP system / eStore testing etc.)
- Ad hoc task for team support upon request
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in RPA with automation program (PA or UiPath is preferred. Blue prism, workfusion, Automation anywhere experience are also ok)
- University degree, preferably in Computer science, Programming, Mathematics, Engineering and Business
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (Excel Macro is a plus)
- Liaising between departments and Process Innovation team
- Team player
- Learning attitude
- Accepting new challenges
