What can you expect in this role: 

Teads Studio gives clients the tools to create rich, engaging and interactive video formats which can be delivered across a range of devices and also provide a wide range of best practices and data for creative optimisation.

As a Junior Design + Creative Strategist, you will provide an excellent springboard for a very strong sales team with good consultative, creative sales skills and the ability to design and develop campaign responses based on client KPI’s. You will be playing a pivotal role in the Company’s success based on strategic contributions to Clients and Agencies that improve business partnerships further to maximize revenue potential. You will also be the face of l’Atelier and creative workshops across these two markets. 

Directly report into the Head of Teads Studio, APAC, you will join a larger dynamic team who are based across the APAC market with designers, developers and creative strategists working to get the very best out of client’s assets when activating Teads. 

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1+ years experience within media and advertising who has a background in graphic design. 

What can you expect in this role: 

  • Represent Teads in the Business/Advertising marketplace and become an active Brand advocate.
  • Work alongside our media sales team to prospect, develop creative/media/context strategies, and close business across all Agency and Advertiser accounts in a time appropriate way according to agreed targets to generate revenue for the company. 
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and their agencies. 
  • Devise, hold and deliver creative workshops for Brands and partners. 
  • Liaise with internal sales teams on best practices and creative/media/context solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue. 

About You

Priority

  • Degree in Graphic Design / Digital Media 
  • Fluent in English - another SEA language would be a bonus
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience at a Digital or Creative role
  • Consultative approach with a flair for designing creative solutions to briefs
  • Successful sales pedigree, preferably creative/media selling in a mobile environment (video and display)
  • Proven ability to multi-task and nurture multiple prospects and commercial partners whilst meeting deadlines. In other words, excellent organisational, time management and project management skills. 
  • Existing relationships within the digital video and mobile advertising industry (advertisers and agencies).
  • Some technical knowledge of video standards, performance metrics and a basic understanding of the software involved within digital video (HTML5, third party tracking tags, etc). 
  • An expert in Adobe software, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro is a must
  • Open to exploring innovative technologies chatbot, (AR) Augmented Reality, and API integrations, DCO Dynamic Creative Optimization. 
  • PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Tenacious, proactive and solution driven team player.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills both internally and externally.
  • A natural presenter with an ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced environment.

Bonus skills 

  • Client facing experience.
  • CSS and HTML knowledge
  • Video compression, editing and 3D effects
  • Back End development skills.
  • Ability to integrate dynamic content such as RSS Feeds, video, geo location and search API results into a web page or Flash application.
