Conceptualize, plan and implement onboarding and orientation programs in Petrochemicals Asia Pacific (e.g. New hire orientation, Mentoring and Buddy program). Work closely with Regional Talent Management team to establish New Leader Program in the unit
Design and implement talent development concept. Work closely with senior leaders to design and establish Talent Development Concepts for Production and Commercial.
Facilitate talent development in the unit based on business and operational needs, including related discussions (e.g. succession planning, talent review/forum),. Discuss with unit leaders to identify training needs and, if applicable, demand for customized solutions
Steer and execute various HR topics (e.g. Employee voices, FEEDback&forward, CORE anchoring)
Develop systematic analytics or tools to constantly monitor and evaluate the efficiency of talent management activities, including implementation of learning solutions. Manage relevant talent management data and systems
Benchmark people development tools and methods continuously and proactively. Foster linkage with learning solutions
Manage relevant talent management data and systems
Design and manage HR page in BASF internet and intranet. Support HR framework changes and digitalization project as and when required
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related discipline
Minimum 5-8 years of professional HR experience in a multinational company.
Proven record in Learning & Development projects with strong business affinity and acumen, ability to influence with impact in a matrix environment
Entrepreneurial and customer focus with strong drive to successfully steer HR solutions in the region
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin communications
Flexibility to travel when business needs and projects require
