Job Title - Product Manager

The opportunity

Product Manager is responsible for assisting in the identifying, handling and executing product strategies for clients. This role supports all product aspects including strategy, user experience design, development, and deployment. The role will continuously evaluate and validate product vision to anticipate and address changing business and user needs. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products.

Job description 

  • Ability to confidently communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product and assist in developing strategies, establishing priorities, and leading the roadmap using criteria and requirements defined during research.
  • Planning & tracking multiple projects from Design to execution, develops estimation for new projects and other support activities.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Manage the resources allocated to the project with tasks and ensure delivery of project with high quality.
  • Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key clients.
  • Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Build and expand client relationships.

Skills required 

  • Proven work experience in product management or business analysis.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and technology trends.
  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to clients.
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Education and experience 

  • Should have worked for 10+ years of experience in a reputed firm
  • BE/ B.Tech along with MBA from top tier B-School
