You will work in a large variety of positions and roles enabling you to build a great network within Maersk Group.

  • Take ownership for any problems or issues encountered by customer and act as a primary point of contact for customers, be the Customer advocate internally in Maersk. Activities may include (but not limited to): Customer Channel Management/ Case Management/ Customer Onboarding and Relationship Management/ Contract and Dispute Management.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns with relevant desks to improve customer experience with Maersk.
  • Network with clients and build relationships.
  • Work in a high performing and dynamic environment.
  • Use state of the art platforms to interact with customers and improve their experience
  • Own and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Take control of your targets and drive results.
  • Plan your own work schedule.

We are looking for

  • At least with 2 years of customer service experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese.
  • Previous customer service experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain, will be advantage.
  • Have at least basic knowledge of shipping/transportation business or you are able and willing to learn quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure - with high sense of urgency
  • Having “can do” attitudes.
