As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and business partners of ABB in Denmark as part of the ABB reception.

This is a position with global grade

Your responsibilities

  • Provide good customer support by processing customer inquiries (by phone, email, web, and other channels).
  • Entering and processing received inquiries in ABB's systems - including Salesforce.
  • Take an active part in the continuous improvement plan (optimizing processes and workflows).
  • Ad hoc tasks, including managing access cards, Brobizz, office supplies, gifts, etc.
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors and external stakeholders.

Your background

  • Experience in customer service and support.
  • A quick and proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of customer requests.
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented approach, and strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience with and interest in working with IT systems, including Salesforce (or similar).
  • Good written and spoken Danish and English language skills (Swedish, Norwegian or a third language will be an added bonus but not mandatory).

At ABB Denmark, you will be part of a team with 2 others in Customer Support. You will report to our Regional Customer Contact Center Manager, who is located in France. You will be employed and work from our headquarters in Middelfart, Denmark. Your working hours will be within the opening hours of the reception, which is from 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8 am to 3:30 PM, and it will also be possible to work from home on occasion.
