The rapidly expanding team includes more than 700+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Ternopil (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), New Delhi (India) and Bridgewater (NJ, USA).

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
  • Search for new sales opportunities and channels to attract new customers.
  • Build trustful relations with the target audience.
  • Develop your personal branding on LinkedIn.
  • Generate demand by working with your social networks and proactively reaching potential customers.
  • Proactively cooperate with the marketing department in all demand and lead generation activities.
  • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase our products.
  • Lead negotiation process, pitch proposals, and close the deals with potential and existing clients.
  • Hold Demo sessions for potential clients.
  • Conduct an engagement cycle from the first contact to the contract signing.
  • Orchestrate any pre-contract and contract signings.
  • Engage a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in communications with potential clients in the late stages of the sales cycle.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to a CSM after closing the deal.
  • Support a CSM on the stage of onboarding the customer.
  • Be a consultant for a client in all related business matters.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales;
  • English language proficiency is a must;
  • Knowledge and understanding of business development, sales, account or product management;
  • Ability to learn and retain new information quickly;
  • Ability to handle multitasking productively;
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills;
  • Great team player: proactive, optimistic, organized, flexible, and helpful;

Will be considered a Competitive Advantage:

  • Experience in B2B software sales;
  • Knowledge of foreign languages other than English;
  • Working experience with Jira & Confluence 
  • Working with Office 365 product
  • Experience in marketing
  • Pharma Background
  • Working knowledge of CRM programs.
