Primary Role Purpose
Product Manager role exists to drive marketing planning & execution with assigned franchise (Immunology & GI) of the India business. Incumbent will primarily be responsible for execution of Omnichannel strategy/ brand tactics to achieve market share. He/she would also be responsible for leading therapy expansion into new specialties (Nephrology & Burns) and support in specific GI projects.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the brand aspirations for Immunology & GI therapy area, develop sound marketing strategies and tactics implementation in line with the LOC/ regional/ global brand strategy.
- Quarterbacks the go-to-market and design a roadmap for new therapy in Immunology (Nephro, Burn) and specific GI projects.
- Collaboration with sales teams in driving execution of marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
- Understand HCPs, therapy & most important patient needs, deeply analyse the local market and lead commercial opportunities.
- Drive planning & execution of Omnichannel campaign with digital tools such as Email marketing, SFMC, Webinars, HTML Tagging, Microsites/ Websites & approved social media channels.
- Data analysis and drive insights that help recommend strategies and tactics to gain market share in Nephro & Burns including market dynamics.
- In depth understanding of market including Strategic marketing, portfolio management and prioritization, insights-based marketing with Sales team.
- Collaborate with Cross functional teams to shape and support on key projects in GI.
- Executing consistent branding and positioning at major regional & National Conferences
