American Credit Acceptance, LLC seeks an IT Digital Product Analyst to contribute to the development of digital, mobile, and customer engagement products that assist with automation in firm originations, servicing and risk organizations. Use research, analysis and decision-making skills to capture a wide range of enhancements and bug fixes and convert them into an achievable roadmap. Collaborate with the design team to develop user stories, wireframes, and workflows that solve real problems for customers. Contribute to business process framework by which new products are brought to market. Conduct all required product/systems research in support of product decisions and strategy. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math or a related field, and 1 year of experience working in technology consulting, IT product analysis, quality assurance engineering or a similar technical role. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with business analysis using SQL, R, or Python; 1 year of experience with programming in languages such as .Net, JAVA, Python, C#, Angular, or AWS; 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies.
