Operations Excellence:

  • Support customer requirements and ensure smooth execution of order management
  • Drive business and revenue optimization through partnership with field team and customers
  • Be the eyes and ears for HQ and management to provide real time intelligence on business development and update at the edge (include competition), give assessment and recommendation as applicable

Performance Management:

  • Set clear KPIs for the sales team aligned with business goals (Billings, Consumption, Design, Deal).
  • Formulate and develop short and long term strategies/tactics to deliver and achieve KPI results
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze progress, and implement corrective actions

Sales Process Optimization and Transformation:

  • Optimize sales processes using Best Known Methods (BKMs) to drive efficiency
  • Act as local champion for sales transformation initiatives, improving processes, enhancing sales effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement

People Development and Collaboration:

  • Enable teams to execute strategies, set clear goals, and maintain accountability
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and mentorship
  • Foster a productive work environment, promoting Intel values, effective communication, and collaboration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; 15+ year experience. MBA preferred. - Proven experience in sales operations management, strategic planning, and business development. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decisions. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets. - Experience working in a multinational corporation and familiarity with the semiconductor industry is a plus.
