The Human Capital Management (HCM) Division is comprised of centrally and divisionally aligned teams which specialise in addressing the needs of particular client groups. HCM is made up of several functions including Business Partners and Centres of Expertise. Business Partners (BPs) are responsible for partnering with divisional leadership on all key global HCM and divisional people initiatives and strategic priorities. HCM Centres of Expertise, such as Employee Relations; Leadership and Diversity; Pine Street and Goldman Sachs University; Talent Acquisition; Reward and the Talent Assessment Group, partner with BPs to provide advisory services to employees and divisional management.

HCM is responsible for a broad range of activities, including identifying and recruiting the best talent and partnering with managers to retain, develop and motivate our people to help them reach their full potential. 

The Talent Acquisition team identifies, attracts, and recruits undergraduates and experienced professionals to the firm. The team also manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high calibre, diverse and robust candidate pipeline for both campus and experienced hire recruiting.

You will join a collegiate and technically strong core recruitment function, focusing on attracting and sourcing for lateral candidates responsible for ensuring the specialist and vital recruitment needs of our business are met. This role will involve working closely with the Experienced Hire Team and the Technology division to drive and assist with their regional recruiting efforts in Poland.



  • Directly sourcing passive talent on the local polish market.
  • Develop and consult with business stakeholders on recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Interacting and communicating at all levels within the organization.
  • Complete sourcing recruitment engagements within service level agreements
  • Develop, communicate and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions.
  • Research, identify, and recruit candidates through the use of innovative search methods that include cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing and mining.
  • Apply the creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Build networks to source qualified passive candidates by using business acumen to support, consult and present candidate slate in alignment to our firm needs.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of firm’s business and positions and effectively research to gain an intimate knowledge of functional markets.



  • 1-3 years of working experience within either an in-house, RPO or agency environment.
  • Must be able to demonstrate successful and creative use of social, professional, and internet networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Effective Internet sourcing skills, including Boolean search expertise and creative/innovative researching knowledge.
  • Effective PC/Microsoft Office skills .
  • Previous use and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to prioritize deliverables.
  • Strong commitment to the business/candidate service (e.g. responsive to emails, phone calls, proactive in providing feedback and maintaining communications with candidates and client).
  • High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive.
  • Ability to work in a high-functioning team environment.
