Sales for Panel Builder & Contractor (Kalimantan) - 008Q96

  1. Manage & drive business in assigned area (Commercial / Industrial Building – Kalimantan) to achieve order/sale target and other initiatives/objectives defined annually in agreement with the Regional Sales Head.
  2. Identify, qualify, prescribe for Commercial / Industrial Building projects in the Kalimantan for which increase the size of project pipelines and sell Schneider Electric products / solutions via respective Panel Builder accounts.
  3. Saturate the market via existing panel builders and recruit new panel builders accounts in the assigned territory.
  4. Build, manage, secure relationship and grow business with some key panel builders, and business partners.
  5. Understanding customers’ needs, demand generation and bring Schneider Electric products / solutions to the customers via panel builders partners.
  6. Coordinating with the other teams in Schneider for cross-selling other products via Panel Builder’s pipe.
  7. Align the goals and strategies to accomplish the sales targets.
  8. Pushing the yearly growth by 20% for LV package via Panel Builder channel.
  9. Coordinating with the EU & CnT sales team for delivering the opportunities via key accounts as value chain player.
  10. Clear view of customer channel and creating opportunities for solution deployment
  11. Manage customer inquiries with clear interaction and engagement for targeted areas.
  12. Clear reporting on all activities as and when required.

Qualifications

Education:

University degrees – Electrical Engineer

Working Experience:

Min. 8 years sales experience in dealing with customers in panel building business.

Proven record on channel development & project sales.

Knowledgeable in M&E project sales and project management.

Business Understanding:

Understand company’s products and competitors are an advantage.

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

Fluent in spoken and written English. 

Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Must be presentable and able to communicate fluently with customers.

Able to work independently as well as teamwork.

Exposure to projects sales and/or execution in Southern Sumatera

Good sense of customer service

Leadership skills

Analytical skills
