Practice Highlights: Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP or PA) to work part-time at its Overland clinic in a “practice share” model with two part-time physicians.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group Overland is a busy, well-established practice in a growing part of the community. SAMG Overland has long established providers dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients. The clinic utilizes a patient centered medical home model focusing on population health. A robust Hospitalist program covers inpatient patient need, so inpatient medicine is limited. The clinic utilizes the Epic for Electronic Medical Record and Computerized Order Entry, so experience with EMR is highly encouraged.

Support: 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia; Level IV Trauma Center; ED; Saint Alphonsus FM clinic on-site; community family medicine clinics; SAHS specialty physicians rotate in outreach, larger system resources.

Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant medical license in Idaho; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho; Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
  • Strong medical background and a desire to support an established practice in a growing multi-specialty medical group.
