Acxiom is looking for a Senior Director, Experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead standard methodologies, using global expert practitioners for knowledge and scale
- Lead the discovery and strategy model, methodology, and templates to ensure client satisfaction and success while achieving Acxiom business goals
- Collaborate with partner (Braze, Adobe, SalesForce, Treasure Data etc) product teams and the Delivery Teams to facilitate knowledge exchange.
- Provide critical input on solution strategy and roadmap, identifying how new technology capabilities translate into people, process, and organizational maturity
- Advise senior customers on major digital transformation initiatives, cultivating strong executive relationships to ensure overall client satisfaction
- Create an offerings' portfolio that will drive customer business value. Collaborate with Sales colleagues to position Acxiom services for successful delivery
- Lead team performance to meet and exceed targets and critical metrics
- As a senior leader, develop and drive central initiatives across multi-solution cross-functional teams
- Lead and inspire team with positivity and optimism, creating a culture of high expectations and achievement
Qualifications:
Deep expertise in Adobe Customer Journey modules such as (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Marketo, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target)
Minimum of 15 years' experience leading sophisticated digital strategy engagements at enterprise scale
Deep understanding of loyalty, commerce and experience solutions across Adobe, SalesForce, Braze, Treasure Data etc
Experience leading successful digital organizations related to customer marketing and/or advertising. Along with an understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for execution
In-depth practitioner experience and knowledge of strategy consulting, management consulting, and/or functional business consulting
Experience aligning product feature/functionality to client needs in the market, and tailoring services and results to meet those needs
Knowledge of the relevant positioning of Adobe's integrated Digital Experience solution stack in the context of large scale digital business transformation
Executive leadership skills to develop, influence and empower a diverse and international team to deliver results
Demonstrated success leading by influence across a matrixed organization. Driving consensus around shared priorities while leading teams in successful execution
Ambitious, entrepreneurial approach to finding new growth levers for the business, with agility in applying those levers to optimize business performance. Meet or exceed goals including revenue and margin targets
Outstanding executive presence and presentation skills. Ability to inspire and engage both business and technical audiences
Confidence to lead, collaborate, triage and make decisions in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong client service orientation. Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with client team members resulting in high client satisfaction
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 50%
