Position overview

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with best in class Immuno Oncology products and the chance to develop, coordinate and implement strategic plans for the portfolio of IO products in Colombia , under the corporate policies, with the main objective of obtaining the expected results within the assigned resources.

This is a unique opportunity to participate of our growing strategy, Immuno-Oncology (I-O), the latest innovation in treating patients with Cancer.

This position will also lead the coordination and alignment of all areas of the company to implement an Omnichannel* strategy focused on key Oncology and Hematology physicians. This position will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Franchise Managers, reporting to the Onco-Hematology Business Unit Leader.

We are looking for a talented professional, capable of developing innovative plans, inspiring the Sales Force and lead cross-functional teams.

The position works in full compliance with laws, industry regulations, BMS Policies and Procedures including Business Rules as well as the BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Primary objectives include, but are not limited to: 

  • Drive business performance to achieve financial targets
  • Plan, control and implement Brand Plans for the IO oncology products and indications assigned
  • Establish a short-term/long-term strategic directive for the brands
  • Strategic analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Manage/control the resources assigned to the brands
  • Design and develop the business strategies ensuring goals are aligned with Brand objectives
  • Face the challenging health environment and critical resources issues
  • Collaborate directly with Franchise Managers on brand strategy with the development of promotional materials for all channels.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of Omnichannel* campaigns for IO and hematology working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Support with the implementation of events and sponsorships of scientific associations.
  • Coordination with the region in the development and implementation of the brands' market research.

MBA preferred

Experience

At least 3-years’ experience as Product Manager for high Specialty or Biotech high.

Strong oncology knowledge preferred.

Language

Fluent in English written/oral.
