The challenge

The Adobe Enterprise team is responsible for managing the relationship with top accounts within Education, Commercial and Government segments. The job will include deal development and deal qualification, articulating the Creative Cloud value proposition to mid-level and top executives, establishing and gaining buy in around pricing, and closing the deal. A strategic approach of the role is to look after multi-year contracts renewals and seek opportunities to drive growth.

What you’ll do

  • Source and close DME deals
  • Manage full sale cycle
  • Own revenue and RBOB number
  • Work successfully with aligned Enterprise Field Account Executives
  • Constantly fill the pipeline with new DME deals
  • Deal development & qualification, lead generation as well as deal closure
  • Includes cold calling as well as cultivation of existing leads.
  • Articulating the Creative Cloud value proposition to mid-level and top decision-makers.

What you need to succeed

  • Minimum of 1 year in a closing role
  • Minimum of 2 years inside or outside sales experience, preferably in enterprise software
  • BS/BA Degree required
  • Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business 
  • Consistent over-achievement of quota
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and align with our culture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Prior experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com
