The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. 

The pay for this position starts at $20.19/hour with a current maximum hourly rate of $25.60/hour. In addition, employees have the opportunity to earn incentive pay of up to $500 per month based on performance. 

This is a full time seasonal opportunity at Enterprise/National/Alamo servicing PVD Airport.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME SEASONAL POSITION WITH FLEXIBLE START DATE AND END DATE BETWEEN MAY 1ST 2024 AND OCTOBER 20TH 2024.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

  • Greets and answers customer questions and provides assistance based on each customer’s needs and requests, by brand. In some locations, which offer both brands, this job responsibility requires keen understanding of the differences between products and services offered by both.
  • Identifies and attends to the customer by name, verifies rental agreement and reservation.
  • Ensures a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return vehicle processes.
  • Works on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.
  • Makes eye contact and greets all customers; thanks each customer at the conclusion of their transaction.
  • Provides all customers with undivided attention while assisting them.
  • Prepares all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
  • Offers all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information.
  • Reviews rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
  • Ensures that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
  • Reviews all charges at the time of vehicle return.
  • Prepares the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service retail or administrative support experience or 2 years of college completed.
  • Must have a valid unrestricted drivers license for at least one year
  • Must have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • Must be able to work in an enclosed garage while being exposed to elements such as heat and or cold
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be willing to accept the starting pay of $20.19/hr plus the potential to earn incentive based bonuses
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work up to 40 hours a week - including weekends
