Position Summary

As a Director of Product Management with a focus on the Hispanic Market, you will be a crucial member of our Product Team, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering products specifically tailored to meet the financial needs of the Hispanic community. 

This encompasses our lending, debit, and savings card services, with plans to broaden our offerings through additional products and features aimed at this specific market segment. Your responsibilities will encompass data analysis, market research within the Hispanic community, developing business cases, and leading the execution of product initiatives that resonate with this market.

Job Responsibility

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand the financial needs, preferences, and behaviors of the Hispanic market.
  • Product Roadmap for Hispanic Market: Develop and manage a product roadmap focusing on the Hispanic market, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and cultural nuances.
  • Cross-Cultural Product Design: Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure that products are culturally relevant and accessible to the Hispanic community.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with the Hispanic community through various channels to gather feedback and insights, enhancing product relevance and adoption.
  • Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, particularly marketing and customer service teams, to develop and implement strategies that resonate with the Hispanic market.
  • Partnership with Grupo Elektra: Ensure ongoing, close cooperation with our parent company, Grupo Elektra, to align with and deeply understand their vision, objectives, and strategic approaches for engaging the Hispanic market.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and document the performance of our products in the Hispanic market, leveraging OKRs and budgeted goals specific to this demographic.

Job Responsibilities Cont.

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred, and 5 years of experience managing or directing a product function.

Experience Required

  • Experience managing across business stakeholders. 
  • Expert driving and executing on a full customer lifecycle product roadmap. 
  • Expert in conducting A/B or user testing. 
  • Expert in directly working with software engineers using the agile methodology.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and financial data specific to the Hispanic market.

  • Experience in Hispanic Markets: Proven experience in developing and managing products for Hispanic or similar markets.
