In this position you will be primarily responsible to guarantee a positive customer experience and ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders from booking to invoicing. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Prepare and process customer orders daily.
  • Communicate with internal related departments (sales, quotations, logistics, production) regarding orders, shipping and other issues related to sales order processing.
  • Communicate with the customer about the standard lead time, shipping method and instructions and establish all shipping arrangements with customer’s forwarders and logistics department when required.
  • Manages and creates documents linked with orders dispatch (invoices, Packing lists, Certificates of Origin, Shipping marks).

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • University degree;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good PC skills: MsOffice Package.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of MRP systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in French is an advantage.
