Why look any further? The Intelligence & Security (I&S) Human Resources team is looking for a dynamic, strategic, results driven Human Resources professional to join a fun, high-paced HR team. This role reports to the HR Director and will work a hybrid schedule in McLean, VA location and remote.
The HRBP Principle role is both strategic and hands-on serving as consultant/partner to both the senior leaders and respective management teams for assigned client-base on Human Resources related matters, providing full cycle Human Resources support with the goal of aligning best HR practices to business strategies.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related disciple or equivalent experience.
Must have a minimum 5 years of progressive HR related work experience
Business acumen experience
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of responsibilities
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required)
Experience working within shared services HR delivery model
Collective bargaining/union experience
Defense Industry experience
Proficient in MS Office
Experience in briefing leaders.
10% travel required
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
MBA or other advanced degree with concentration in Human Resource Management or related field
Active security clearance Top Secret/SCI
Global Mobility
Certified by HRCI as PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
