Job Description

DPR Construction is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring efforts for it’s family of companies. The ideal Recruiting Coordinator is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute to DPR's mission to hire the best and the brightest for our company. You will be the face of DPR’s entities to candidates and set the tone for their candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. The right coordinator cares about their candidates, is attentive to their needs, and is always searching for new ways to make their experience with DPR the best it can be. You will support the recruiting team with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, corresponding with candidates, and facilitating new hire correspondence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Family of Companies recruiting team nationwide.
  • Assist our recruiters in scheduling interviews for professional candidates and communicating with our candidates throughout the whole process.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates and new hires by utilizing our online travel management system. 
  • Manage job postings by utilizing job boards, updating our internal job postings, and managing our external branding and postings.
  • Partner with our Recruiters on moving candidates through the interview and hiring process to to ensure a positive candidate experience. 
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked.
  • Partner with additional internal support teams such as Training and Development, Operations, IT and Human Resources to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with key employees, hiring managers, business unit leaders and HR.
  • Assist recruiting team with sourcing as needed on specific job searches.
  • Develop an understanding of DPR’s culture, practices and roles to effectively convey to new candidates.
  • Completes other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • High attention to detail with proven organizational skills is a must. 
  • Track record of delivering extraordinary customer service. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
  • Exceptional time management. 

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ year of successful experience within an administrative/support function in a similarly fast paced or high-volume environment.
  • Experience working with travel software and online scheduling tools.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday is a plus.
  • 2 or 4 year degree preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift 10 pounds.
